Honestly, I believe for every 1 (one) Administrator, there be two Moderators. On the forum now, there should be 4 (four) regular Moderators. Super Moderators do not count.

Topic Communication

I was looking for whether or not users were posting or not. In this matter, when I look at the last post at the end of the topics, they were virtually all staff people that were posting. Either you all are posting way too much and "over posting" your fellow members, or no members are posting in your forums. I'd work on the staff cutting back on posting so much, especially admin.

Organization

When I was looking for the forums to be organized, they aren't. All of the forums are under "Daily Life" which can be cluttered. You should have a few more categories for the forums to hang out in, otherwise many people can get confused and overwhelmed on where to find certain forums.

Professionalism

When I was reviewing certain topics, I was dismayed at the language and vulgar grammar the ADMINISTRATORS were using towards Super Moderators! Admin, you need to seriously show some more professionalism towards your staff and keep your cool. Because of this, you received a low score in this field. I've never seen anything like this in a public forum. I am embarrassed for you. However, iplayguitar and other staff members show no professionalism either, however admin does show some when he's not on a rampage.

Not a lot, however there are not a lot of "bad people" on this forum which is nice.

I believe this forum, overall, is not bad. There needs to be a lot of improvement on the forum, such as language and "getalongness". I believe this forum has a long way to go before you can get close to getting the website and forum just by this review.
